Hello everyone, it's me again! :)
Well, most of my friends know that I'm a dessert girl.
So yeah, I admit I'm a dessertarian. Haha.
By the way, who doesn't love desserts? :p
And we often have dilemma in choosing a place for high tea or desserts.
In this post, I will be sharing the top 8 good places for desserts =)
1. Thirty8, Grand Hyatt Hotel
A luxurious high tea, where it has the best 360 degree view of KL city.
It is served in a glass dome and fogged up by dry ice.
Chocolate cake with caramelized banana ice cream, and few of the raspberries.
It looks so tempting and attractive!
The cake tastes perfectly when you eat with the ice cream as I feel the cake alone is too sweet.
The second best seller is the "straight from the oven chocolate cake" (RM25)
This is what we often called as Chocolate Lava Cake.
It is served with raspberry sherbet and top with Vanilla anglaise sauce.
The chocolate lava flow out once you break it. Awwww!
The best chilling moment.
We enjoyed it!
THIRTY8 Restaurant & Lounge:
12, Jalan Pinang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.
2. Dreamz Bakery
I believe that most of us has been to this place before as it is very famous with their delicious cake, good food, cozy environment and their friendly service =)
They served freshly made cake everyday and more and more new products are coming out!
Lychee + Rose + Macadamia Nuts, the simple sweetness that make your day.
Matcha & Chocolate Plaid Cake!
Not to forget about the red velvet and their layer cake.
The one below is chocolate mint mille crepe.
It's not as sweet as the other's mille crepe and the cream in between the layer is just nice.
Girls, grab one and............
Take as many photos as you want! hahaThey were on the newspaper too.
They are now serving main meals too, including pasta, burgers, sandwiches and others.
Order a cup of tea and have a sweet chat with your love one simply make a great day =)
32-1, The Strand, Jalan PJU 5/20D,
Pusat Perdagangan Kota Damansara,
47810 Petaling Jaya.
3. BonBon Cafe
Not everyone knows about the existence of Bon Bon's Cafe because it's hidden somewhere along a small street of Damansara Jaya. (There is construction going on currently).
For tiramisu lovers, here you go! Tiramisu with Whisky!
It's light and moist, not too overwhelming. And you know what?
There are digestive biscuits as the base, which simply make the cake extra yummy :D
Chocolate Walnut Brownies.
Rich and hot chocolate cake served with cold ice cream.Thumbs up!
Bon Bon's Cafe is very famous with their cake.
There are 2 ladies baking cake everyday and for your information,
their cakes are selling out fast!
Be there before 5pm if you wish to have a good one, or you may call them for reservation.

4. Salon Du Chocolat
You may probably been to Dip N Dip in Jalan Telawi,Bangsar before but do you know there is a new place for chocolate crepes and chocolate waffle?
Pancake with triple chocolate (Dark chocolate + Milk chocolate + White chocolate)
The best chocolate crepe in town!
Dip your passion in chocolate! Wooootssss...
Chocolate waffle sticks, with your choice of chocolate or mix 3 type for amazing taste!
I personally prefer Salon Du Chocolat because the mild sweetness will not fatigue your taste bud! Haha.
You will definitely finish it unintentionally (unlike the other's which are too sweet).
What are you waiting for? Have a try on these mouth-watering chocolates!

5. Alexis Bistro
with a very unique combination - the strawberry sauce.
It's one of their signature cake. It's a must to try on it when you dine in.
I personally like it because of the nuts and there is a layer of sponge cake dipped in coffee and cognac.
There are few branches of Alexis Bistro, but the one I always went to is located at The Gardens.
6. Namoo on the park
Being a Korean restaurant, when I first tried on their dessert, I fall for it.
Namoo is very famous with their sweet potato cake and pumpkin cake.
They are served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a wooden board.
It's the house of wonder for this non-cream-based cake!
And this is the reason of not feeling revulsion at all, just too yummy!
And it's quite filling though :p
You may try the other desserts as well since they are quite different from the ordinary cakes.

7. Swich Cafe
Have you ever tried Cempedak cake or Mangosteen cake?
If you are not, jot it down into your to-eat-list now :p
There is a touch of pomegranate, frosted with mangosteen cream and topped with fresh mangosteens!
Every bite is heaven :)
The other signature - Cempedak tutti frutti is a sponge cake, frosted with cempedak cream,
and topped with mangoes and toasted coconut.
It is listed on the TimeOutKL's list of best things they've eaten in 2012!
They also served many other choices of cake like carrot cake, red velvet, belgium orange chocolate cake and many more choices of your favourite!

8. Upstairs Cafe
One of the new spot for me to try out!
The famous one is their Red Velvet cake =)
The cream cheese between the layer of the cake is just right.
On top of that, they also served good coffee.
