Who should go to Acme Bar and Coffee, ABC at Troika KL?
#1. Your 1st Date
This is like a secret restaurant hidden behind Inter-continental KL and near KLCC, so its a good chance you can show off a little to your date. If you are not very familiar with the KL, please do use Google Map or Waze. You can park right under the building Troika KL and the parking fees is only rm5 flat rate in the evening or weekends. Acme Bar and Coffee has a very cosy and dim setting, so its a good place to chat and get to know each other. The price for a dinner for 2 will be between RM60 to 120 for 2.
#2. Celebration with a bunch of friends
Its definitely good for birthday celebrations, team achievement celebration or just a bunch of friends having a reunion gathering. I have been there twice, and both times there are a big group of people, connected the tables of 6 and plenty of chairs. Can fit up to 16 people and more. They have a 2nd floor which you might be able to book the whole floor for an event.
#3. Just to have chat after work
They serve a variety of coffee, fruit juice, alcohols of some sort, i have to say its a little pricey though but you can opt for plain water which come for free. Most probably they will only serve you plain water if you order some kind of food. Well, the place is definitely good for a good chat to skip the impopular KL Jam. They have outdoor tables and chairs too, so those who smokes, that the best place. haha..
Summer 2013 menu, i think they change their menu every season, that's why they don't have a menu with pictures, so we have to actually Google Search Acme Bar and Coffee to see what other bloggers ordered and what the food visually looks like.
The chairs are pretty unique, and you can sit on bar stool, sofas or just normal chairs.
The wooden hand seems a bit irrelevant, well its pretty unique though.
